Strategic Development Program of the Assembly for 2025

Ukrainian society needs a renewed team of like-minded people united by the national and spiritual idea of Ukraine's revival — a team capable of changing the lives of Ukrainians for the better, implementing positive change, securing victory in the war, the return of territories, and the further development of our state.

The "Assembly of National and Spiritual Revival of Ukraine" is that team, bringing together the spiritual, scientific, military, social, entrepreneurial, and economic potential of the Ukrainian state. It is a platform for uniting the positive, Ukraine-centered forces of our people.

The development program therefore responds to the needs of society and the expectations of the Ukrainian people, and consists of the following tasks, set out in the points below:

1. Building a strong scientific and social community that develops specific, focused, well-reasoned proposals for the further socio-political development of the state and for the legislative implementation of positive change, and that is capable of putting the necessary changes into practice. Uniting the efforts of civil society organizations and associations, citizens' groups, and proactive individuals into a single state-building movement.

2. Sustainable development of communities.

2.1. Ensuring the development and implementation of community development strategies aimed at economic growth, job creation, and the production of local agricultural and industrial goods.

2.2. Ensuring the development of community territories on the basis of comprehensive planning and management with the participation of the local public.

2.3. Preserving cultural and natural heritage. Protecting the environment through the use of innovative technologies.

3. Industry and infrastructure.

3.1. Promoting the development of technological sectors of manufacturing industry formed on the basis of integrating education, science, and production, and on a cluster approach, in the following areas:

a) development of an innovation ecosystem;

b) development of innovative technologies and their application in the agro-industrial complex, the energy sector, and industry;

3.2. Creating a financial and institutional system and innovation infrastructure that will support the development of scientific research and scientific and technical development work.

4. Decent work as the foundation of economic growth.

4.1. Increasing production efficiency through the development of high-tech competitive manufacturing.

4.2. Promoting proper and safe working conditions through the application of innovative occupational safety technologies.

4.3. Creating financial opportunities for the economically active part of the population to realize its potential and for the development of the creative economy.

5. Partnership for sustainable development.

5.1. Attracting additional financial resources by encouraging investment from foreign and domestic investors.

5.2. Promoting the development of small and medium-sized business.

5.3. Developing partnership relations between government and business to achieve the goals of Ukraine's stable development.

6. Peace and justice.

6.1. Promoting the effectiveness of the work of state authorities and local self-government bodies.

6.2. Recovery and reconstruction of territories affected by Russian armed aggression. Assistance to internally displaced persons and their families.

6.3. Strengthening social resilience and promoting peacebuilding and public safety.

6.4. Ensuring equal access to justice.

7. Education of the nation

7.1. Promoting equal access to quality education and creating modern conditions for learning (including inclusive learning) on the basis of innovative approaches.

7.2. Encouraging the spread among the population of the knowledge and skills needed to obtain decent work and to engage in entrepreneurial activity.

8. Health of the nation.

8.1. Establishing a monitoring and analytical center on the introduction of innovative technologies in the areas of physical and psychological rehabilitation and resocialization of people affected by Russian armed aggression.

8.2. Promoting social protection for war veterans, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and members of their families.
